Our story
Why we launched Madison RCM
Madison’s founders met while working at a large NYC-based Independent Physician Association (IPA). During our time there, we saw a troubling pattern: too many physicians were losing money — sometimes by missing out on significant revenue, and other times by being forced to repay hundreds of thousands of dollars to insurance companies.
The root cause was almost always the same: preventable billing errors. Errors created upstream. Errors left unmonitored. Errors buried in systems and workflows that no one had the time to fix.
We launched Madison because physicians deserve better. Our mission is to deliver high-quality credentialing, billing, and accounts-receivable follow-up services, empowering clients to focus on what matters most — providing exceptional care without the fear of costly financial setbacks.
Today, we partner with independent practices across the country to build reliable, data-driven revenue engines that protect their margins, elevate their operations, and restore financial confidence.
