Why we launched Madison RCM
Madison’s founders met while working at a large NYC-based Independent Physician Association (IPA).
We founded Madison after years working across every corner of healthcare — hospitals, independent physician practices, management services organizations, and integrated physician associations. We saw the system from the inside. And what we saw was inefficiency, fragmentation, and independent providers forced to navigate it alone.
We watched talented clinicians struggle under administrative weight. We saw strong practices stall out — not because of clinical quality, but because of broken operations, missed revenue, poor data visibility, and lack of strategic guidance. Too many felt boxed in. Too many believed selling to a hospital was the only path forward.
We knew there had to be a better option.
Our team brings deep operational, financial, and payer expertise. We look beyond transactions to find opportunities — value-based readiness, service line expansion, workflow redesign, performance scorecards, contracting strategy, and technology optimization. We connect the dots across the entire enterprise.

Arielle partners closely with practices to build efficient, scalable billing operations that support long-term financial health.
